AbsoFarm

Technology that pays for itself.

Farm audits, equipment selection and supply, drone services, automation and training — for a 5-hectare farm and a 50,000-hectare holding alike. We start with data about your land, not with a catalog.

A precision farming field: satellite vegetation zones, a drone, a tractor on autosteer, a weather station and sensors

What you can order

Supplies and contractors on request: we match them to your task and your country’s laws. If something isn’t available, we’ll say so.

Farm audit

Soil, water, satellite images from past seasons, machinery and field economics — and a plan for what will pay off most.

  • Grid soil sampling
  • A satellite vegetation map
  • An irrigation and machinery audit
  • A plan for three budgets

Drones: spraying and imaging

Spraying, fertilizer application, green manure seeding and multispectral imaging — wherever flights are allowed.

  • Operators cleared to fly
  • Missions planned by satellite zones
  • A report: hectares, product used, flight track
  • Training your own pilots

Laws before technology

What to know before you buy: drones, seeds, sanctions, land. As of 30.10.2026.

Drones in Russia

  • Civilian drones from 0.15 to 30 kg must be put on record; drones over 30 kg need state registration.
  • Since 1 March 2026, a drone over 250 g must have remote identification via ERA-GLONASS; since 1 October, flight plans without it are not accepted.
  • The experimental legal regime for ag drones runs in 18 regions until 2029; Krasnodar Krai is not on the list.
  • Pesticides from a drone: no closer than 700 m to housing, water sources, farms and fields of vegetables and berries (since 10.03.2026).

Drones in Vietnam

  • A drone is registered with the provincial police and gets a number and an electronic tag (since 20.07.2026).
  • A pilot must be 18 or older and hold a license; for spraying drones it has been mandatory since 01.07.2026.
  • Flight permits are issued by the Ministry of Defense, for farm work for up to 180 days; a foreign pilot needs a Vietnamese sponsor.

Seeds

  • Russia, Federal Law 454-FZ: the law does not regulate swapping seeds for your own garden.
  • Only varieties in the State Register of plant varieties may be sold, with quality documents and labels; selling “surplus” is still selling.
  • Seed imports into both countries go through phytosanitary control.

Machinery and sanctions

  • DJI suspended its business in Russia in 2022: there are no official sales and no warranty.
  • John Deere, CLAAS and CNH have wound down their business in Russia. AbsoFarm does not supply machinery that bypasses sanctions or export bans.
  • Russian ag drones certified by Rosaviatsia — “S 80 Agro”, “Drofa-S” — are available on subsidized leasing.
  • Drones are dual-use technology: AbsoFarm does not work with defense or security clients.

Land, building and the words on the label

  • Russia: on farmland, a farmer may build one house of up to 500 m²; guest tourism only where the law expressly allows it.
  • Vietnam: a foreigner does not own land; a foreign-invested company leases it from the state for a project, usually for up to 50 years.
  • “Organic” only after certification and entry in the register (Russia, Federal Law 280-FZ); VietGAP only with a certificate.
