Draft: the operator’s details are filled in before advertising starts, and the text is checked with a lawyer.

Operator

The personal data operator is [to fill in: sole proprietor or LLC, INN, OGRN, address]. The policy applies to the abso.farm website and its app (PWA) in all languages.

What data and why

From the request and participation forms: name, phone or messenger, email, preferred way of contact, country and region, land area and land rights, crops, skills, machinery, form of participation, description of the task.

There is one purpose — to answer the request: to get in touch, clarify the task, prepare an offer, arrange a meeting.

Where and for how long it is stored

The data is stored on a server in Moscow (Russia). It is kept while the request is being worked on and no longer than 3 years after the last contact; then the data is deleted.

A notification about a new request, if enabled, contains only its number and type — no name, contact details or text.

What is on your device

The site sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Request numbers and a request waiting for a connection are stored only in the browser on this device.

Rights

You can find out what data is stored, have it corrected, withdraw your consent and require its deletion — by writing to ppcm150@gmail.com. The reply comes within 10 working days.
