AbsoFarm

A farm built from what we have.

Land, skills, seeds, machinery, money, buyers and knowledge — seven ways into the Absolute farms. Everyone who takes part gets something back, and everything is put in writing.

I have land

What you give
A plot you own or lease — from one hectare; a garden — for the seed library and demo beds.
What you get
An audit and a farm design, a share of the harvest or income, and soil that’s better than before.
How it’s formalized
A lease or a joint activity agreement; first, a check of the land category and permitted use.
Apply

I have skills

What you give
Agronomist, farmer, machine operator, drone pilot, beekeeper, cheesemaker, cook, teacher — or a pair of hands for the season.
What you get
Paid work or a share, housing for the season, training, produce from the farm.
How it’s formalized
An employment contract, a service contract or a volunteer shift — through AbsoTeam roles.
Apply

I have seeds

What you give
Local varieties, seeds of your own breeding, saplings, cuttings.
What you get
Swaps with other members, the variety kept alive, and your name as its keeper in the seed library.
How it’s formalized
Swaps are for your own gardens; sales only under the country’s seed and phytosanitary rules.
Apply

I have machinery or a place

What you give
A tractor, a greenhouse, a cold room, a workshop, a well, a warehouse.
What you get
Rent or a share, machinery maintenance, steady use in season.
How it’s formalized
A lease or a shared-use agreement.
Apply

I want to invest

What you give
Funding part of the farm — the greenhouse, the school, the seed library — as a patron or a project partner.
What you get
A patron gets a part of the farm named after them and an open report; a partner gets terms set by contract after getting to know the project.
How it’s formalized
Only by contract after the project has been checked. The site does not accept money and does not promise returns.
Apply

I buy produce

What you give
A kitchen, a restaurant, a shop, a family — steady demand.
What you get
Traceable produce: field, date, lab tests; price and volume by contract.
How it’s formalized
A supply contract or a harvest subscription — once the farms are up and running.
Apply

I teach

What you give
Courses and workshops: gardening, greenhouses, beekeeping, cheese, drones, agronomy.
What you get
The farm as a venue for classes, students through AbsoLive and AbsoSchool.
How it’s formalized
Classes on the AbsoLive map; programs to the AbsoSchool standard.

Honestly, where things stand

  • The Absolute farms are at the project stage: right now we are looking for land, a team and partners.
  • The site does not collect money and does not promise returns: funding only by contract after getting to know the project.
  • Every way of taking part is put in writing: a lease, a service contract, a supply contract, a donation.
  • An application commits neither you nor the farm to anything.
