What to learn
Garden
Sochi’s subtropics give a garden almost the whole year: in winter, greens grow under film.
Farm
Tours, tastings and on-site sales turn a tea farm into a place for guests.
Agribusiness
Almost three-quarters of the suitable area is not in use (2019 data): old plantations are room to grow.
